Clare Chapman holds a BA in Studio Art and Art History from Marymount College. She studied with Peter Seltzer and at Washington Art Association with Trey Friedman. Working primarily in colored pencil, she has exhibited in Connecticut and beyond and received numerous awards in this medium. Her work has been published in The Best of Colored Pencil III &IV.
