with Robert Lenz
The most beautiful and memorable landscape pictures from the past and the present have been constructed with the same fundamental art. We will learn these steps; from composition to detail and how Inness, among other masters taught his students how to SEE! Be prepared to paint small size canvases (9 x 12, 11 x 14, 12 x 16) and bring your usual bag of supplies. Later in the class, if circumstances allow, we will transfer one of your small pictures to a larger canvas. I will send each student a recommended palette once the class is set.
