Tuition must be paid in full one week prior to the first class. Students are guaranteed a place in class only after full payment is received.
Materials are extra for all classes and workshops. A materials list for each class can be found on the webpage with that class's full description. You may also contact us by telephone at 860.868.2878 or by email at washingtonart@snet.net.
New Cancellation Policy: Effective Summer Session 2013
If a student cancels: More than one week prior to the start of class = 100% refund
If a student cancels: Less than one week before class starts = 75% refund
If a student cancels: After the first class but before the second class = 75% refund
If a student cancels: After the second class = 0% refund
Please note: occasionally, WAA documents classes and other educational events using photography and video. This is for publicity purposes and these images may be used in our promotional and informational materials as well as on our website. Registration for any of these events at WAA or sponsored by WAA assumes permission to collect an image of you and/or your artwork and to use those images publicly to promote WAA. You may inform us at the time of registration, or inform the photographer/videographer at the event, that you do not wish to have your image taken.
