Drawing: The Naturalist Studio with Banjie Nicholas

Drawing: The Naturalist Studio with Banjie Nicholas
Using pencil or paint, explore in depth your personal interest or fascination with any plant, animal, or object found in nature and/or the relationships between them. Anything that will sit still or move slow enough to draw is suitable: fruit, flowers, shells, feathers, nests, rocks, insects, etc. Using these subjects we will focus on form, interaction of shapes , and composition. We will learn techniques for setting up and lighting a still life.

Friday, Jan. 22 - Mar. 12, 9:30am - 12:30pm
