The goal of this workshop is to be specific about the appearance of objects in relation to each other, and to the space they inhabit. Participants will take a reductive approach, breaking images down to their simplest terms (shape, value and color) while looking for surprising yet accurate color, as defined by lighting conditions. We will focus on what the eyes see rather than what our minds tell us about what is seen.
