The Washington Art Association & Gallery has a very active and involved band of volunteering members who contribute to a wide range of organizational needs. These members are the backbone of the organization, providing hands-on help with art exhibitions and fundraising events, vital to WAA's mission of furthering the growth of the arts in the community.

WAA is now offering a new and rewarding Membership feature for 2016.
By fulfilling a commitment of 20 hours throughout the year to participate at WAA in one of the many opportunities available throughout the year will keep annual dues at
$45 Membership PLUS 20 hours gives you a choice of either:
Reduced entry fee for application to juried exhibits OR
$30 discount on any class or purchase of art.
How you can give 20 hours over 12 months
• Help host an opening by pouring wine, replenishing snack trays, and/or cleaning up: Please check the Calendar for all dates : [calendar link]
• Summer Solstice, June 18th, 2016: Participate in one of the best parties of the year, decorating, picking up donated fare from area restaurants, helping arrange all and clean up.
• Harvest Barn Party at Waldingfield Farm: Lend a hand with Special Event set-up and clean up
• Holiday Gift Fair :November 25 – December 31.
